As Founder and President of RidgeCP, Braco has 21 years of experience in a range of construction including residential and commercial. He is joined by his two younger sons who enjoyed growing-up learning the family business.
Iris joined his father at RidgeCP in 2011 after studying at St.Mary’s University and Columbia College. As Managing Partner, Iris oversees day-to-day operations, manages bids and estimates, and client relations.
Isak joined his father and older brother at RidgeCP in 2013 after earning a degree from the Academy of Fire Sprinkler Technology where he and his team won the National Fire Sprinkler Association Top Tech Competition. Isak specializes in the fire protection aspects of RidgeCP.
Brittnee graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Business and Entrepreneurship. She joined the RidgeCP team in 2013 and brought along with her experience in business to business sales, marketing, and relationship and account management.
